In the height of a heat wave, Modern Air responded quickly to my needs. My air conditioning unit ceased blowing cold air. The modern air team was able to diagnose and correct the issue. Later in the evening I was experiencing a strange behavior with my unit again, Modern Air (Stan) came that evening again to ensure the problem was resolved. Further, he followed up the following day to make sure performance was satisfactory.
