I called Modern Air when my AC broke, they came out same day and fix my AC on same day. No hidden charges and vey reasonable

During terrible cold wave noticed that heat was not cycling on at regular intervals. It would heat up the house then go off for up to 10 hours before going back on. I called Modern Air and Stan came out the same day, identified the issue, and fixed it. He is very knowledgeable and good at what he does and will be my HVAC person going forward.

Awesome service & workmanship. I was like you looking at reviews to hire someone to replace our heater and AC units but didn't know who to hire. I did my due diligence in researching companies and getting several estimates. Stan showed up on time for the estimate, gave me his thoughts, information and an estimate to make a decisions. We have no regrets on selecting Modern Air Solutions, they showed up on time, did quality work and worked to get our heat working the day before Thanksgiving. I enjoyed working with Stan and Modern Air Solutions, I would highly recommend them.
